This is my 4th car from Suntrup VW. The new update to the lot/building is great. Everything was clean and everyone was nice. Salesman Kainoa Payton did everything i asked and did a great job. When I found what I wanted/liked it was time to go through finance. That's when nightmare started.They wanted me to go with Vw finance but i decided to not go with Vw finance and instead to go with my person bank. Make the story short, they charged me $500 because I went with my personal bank. If I had time I would of went to a different car dealership, but from now and on will do different. More

Zach Seiler and Suntrup Volkswagen provided me with my best car buying experience to date. Stopped by the dealership with my whole family so we could see just how well a new Atlas would work for us. Zach best car buying experience to date. Stopped by the dealership with my whole family so we could see just how well a new Atlas would work for us. Zach and Suntrup had no problem accommodating the whole crew and making sure we left with an awesome deal. There are several Volkswagen dealerships in the area; however, Suntrup will be my go to from here on out. If you like car buying in a no pressure scenario, walk right in, ask for Zach. He will provide you with everything from a breakdown on different trim levels to showing your kids how to use the passenger features. Zach can't be beat. More
