I am really bummed out - were you not told that we are currently having a new car wash installed as we speak? I know we have a big car wash closed sign outside. Glad things went smoothly otherwise - did Zach get 4 stars because of the car wash? Was there something wrong with the workmanship and our communication and price on top of the car wash?
