My vehicle was there for over 2 months to get a warranty
repair. Totally unsatisfactory. Communication was terrible. They did not update me at all unless I called and asked the status of the repair. During

During that time I had to rent a vehicle because they had no loaners available. Nissan does not cover rentals even under warranty. I would not advise using them for any maintenance issue.

We’re sorry your experience didn’t hit the mark—feeling like you have to play detective just to get an update is not what we want for anyone at Tony Serra Nissan in Cullman.
You’re right that Nissan’s warranty doesn’t cover rentals (we wish we could bend those rules… we’ve tried, the warranty folks don’t laugh). And when loaners run out, it can make a tough situation even tougher. But we absolutely could’ve kept you better in the loop while your vehicle was with us.
If you’d like to talk it through, our customer service ninja Maxine is at (256) 676‑2435—she’s great at sorting things out, and she actually answers without you having to play 20 questions.

I went from a Jeep Grand Cherokee to a smaller vehicle, this was my idea and it got some getting used to,,Zach heard the hesitation in my voice over the phone,,told me to come back in! I am now 30 days in, and I love my new Kicks today,,also had a minor recall in first week, nothing serious and they handled it immediately! I really want to emphasize ,,if you want a good vehicle,,go see Tony Serra Nissan, ask for Zack,,he'll put you into something that accommodates you!
