We were driving our 2020 Honda Pilot from Milwaukee to Grand Rapids and our air conditioning failed. We pulled into Zigler Honda and they took us right into service. I just wanted to say I know the place is getting a lot of backlash from the Facebook post but I purchased a new Honda CRV in 2019 and a brand new vehicle, a Honda passport and I've been nothing but satisfied backlash from the Facebook post but I purchased a new Honda CRV in 2019 and a brand new vehicle, a Honda passport and I've been nothing but satisfied with this place. the people are very friendly. they are extremely military friendly and I've never been wrong on getting my work done there at the service center. I used to be against going to service centers at auto dealers but I have to say nothing but please and my next purchase I will buy from them. I don't believe somebody bought a car $10,000 over the sticker price as at Facebook post claimed and this dealership does not deserve that kind of bad rap when people are just bashing it now. lot of trolls out there so be cautious with what you read. More
