The service dept is friendly, efficient and true to their quotes. Disgusted by the sales dept, one staffer taking his thermos to the water machine, drinking from it and touching it to the machine again. Filt quotes. Also turned off by a sales rep who sent his lackey to get me from the waiting area to attempt to persuade me to trade in my vehicle for purchase of another. After I needed to decline four consecutive time, I basically admonished him and walked away, They turned a pleasant situation into a a disappointment. More
