Johnny at the Honda dealership on Hwy. 20 in Racine went beyond by coming to my rescue when I locked the keys in the car after an oil change. It was pouring rain and I am so accustomed to having the key in my purse, I forgot to take it out of the cup holder when I went in for groceries. Johnny had the parts department make me a valet key and sent a wonderfully courteous young man to the store to open my car. And the young man refused a tip saying that they are there to help their customers. Was that fantastic or what!!! More

I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Sam & the entire Honda service team! I needed some minor work done on my civic, brought it in & within 15 minutes they were able to repair it! And because it was not too ba service team! I needed some minor work done on my civic, brought it in & within 15 minutes they were able to repair it! And because it was not too bad it was free of charge! My whole life I had GM cars but I will definitely be part of the Honda gang for life!
