Zaya made sure to be in touch with our salesman at Mobility Works to ensure that the entire process went smoothly for us. Although it wasn't his responsibility to do so, he went above and beyond with his customer service. He also explained the financing aspect since we were going to roll all of our costs into the loan and made sure we got all of the incentives that we qualified for. Toyota Corporate has a program that reimburses you for the cost of medical equipment added to their vehicles and Zaya made sure that all of the forms were filled out properly and that they were submitted in a timely manner. He was very thorough in explaining the remote starter, extended warranty and other things that we added to the car. He is a very kind person and is always so nice to us. He is truly one of a kind! Also, shout out to Joe Shoemaker and Leah Interino for their patience, helpfulness and understanding. This was an emotional process (health issues leading to the scooter purchase) but they all made it very pleasant. More

Selected Schaumburg Toyota and Zaya Ochan Just bought our fourth Toyota -- this time we went back to a Highlander (we had our 4 Runner for 10 years). Selected Schaumburg Toyota and Zaya Ochana due to positive ratings on this website and they lived up to our expectations. The process was easy - we received a quote on a specific Highlander in stock, were able to leave a deposit (fully refundable), came in for a test drive, liked it and moved forward to purchase it. Zaya explained a few options but there was no pressure on buying extras. The only negative was that the extended warranty was stated as one price and once we got home and looked over the paperwork it was actually $200 more. But overall we had a great experience and would recommend Zaya and this dealership. More
