As a female walking into a dealership alone I was feeling intimidated but Zaya Ochana made my car buying experience so comfortable. I felt safe dealing with him and felt he was truly honest and had my best interest in heart. He’s not your stereotypical salesman he listen to what my needs were and was able to deliver me exactly what I wanted within my budget. The overall experience was just beyond my expectations. It was so much better in every way - the salesperson, Zaya Ochana, was intelligent and helpful, without being pushy at all. The dealership is bright and clean - a pleasure to be there. Even though it is almost an hour out of our way, we plan on having Schaumburg Toyota do the regular car maintenance as well. More

Great Experience with new 2017 Highlander Purchase Just bought our fourth Toyota -- this time we went back to a Highlander (we had our 4 Runner for 10 years). Selected Schaumburg Toyota and Zaya Ochan Just bought our fourth Toyota -- this time we went back to a Highlander (we had our 4 Runner for 10 years). Selected Schaumburg Toyota and Zaya Ochana due to positive ratings on this website and they lived up to our expectations. The process was easy - we received a quote on a specific Highlander in stock, were able to leave a deposit (fully refundable), came in for a test drive, liked it and moved forward to purchase it. Zaya explained a few options but there was no pressure on buying extras. The only negative was that the extended warranty was stated as one price and once we got home and looked over the paperwork it was actually $200 more. But overall we had a great experience and would recommend Zaya and this dealership. More

If you are looking for a relationship with a car brand and a staff for years to come, you have to stop by and check them out. I was on the fence about Toyota for many years and then I dear friend of mine bought a Sienna, I have driven it a couple of times and it completely changed my mind. I got a Rav4 and right now I'm driving on cloud 9! Beyond the car are people like Zaya, Joe Shoemaker (Sales Manager) and Mr. Lee Wulbert! Zaya was a huge help and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Any question I had, he answered. I couldn't have asked for much better customer service. Not only was Zaya great, but so was everyone else. All of the receptionists were inviting, and David and Max (whom I didn't spend too much time with) were also incredible and made me feel comfortable. I never once felt pressured into anything or felt as though I was getting a bad deal. The prices were as good as you would find anywhere. I would highly recommend coming here if you're in need of a new car. They have a wide selection and great employees. What more do you want in a dealership? More

Friendly, honest, easy to talk to, very communicative, and kept my best interests in mind. He worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Great guy, great customer service.
