During the inspection follow-up, there was a minor software/code item detected by private inspector that I was hoping could be addressed before delivery. While it didn’t affect my purchase decision, the communication in that moment could have been handled with a bit more professionalism. That said, the overall experience was solid and professional, and I would recommend the dealership.

I’d be happy to return and buy again. F&I was also great. Put out my options and clearly explained them and didn’t try any high pressure tactics to move products.
