Great buying experience at Ferman BMW David Theode our Client Advisor was just a nice man. There was no pressure as we made our decision. If I asked a question he replied quick enough. David Theode our Client Advisor was just a nice man. There was no pressure as we made our decision. If I asked a question he replied quick enough. He gave us options on financing and again there was never any game playing on price. I truly enjoyed the experience. We did find a flaw in the car, but I took it back over to Ferman and they are supposed to be making it right. More

He was t This was our first time buying a BMW so we did not know what to expect. We were extremely impressed with our sales Associate, David Theado. He was the consummate professional. Very calm and very non-pushy (unlike many car sales folks). He listened carefully to what we wanted. He followed up right on time. He ultimately found just the car my wife wanted. His manner of communication inspired confidence and trust. The car is still brand new so don't know what to expect with service but I hope it will be as good as the sales experience More
