I have always had a positive experience with the people in the service department and have no complaints. The ONLY negative thing I have to say is in regards to the woman who answers the phone and works t in the service department and have no complaints. I purchased the ID 4 from the dealer after waiting 14 months with a scratch in the door and a bad headlight, the car stayed at the service for a long time to paint and waited for over a month without hea months with a scratch in the door and a bad headlight, the car stayed at the service for a long time to paint and waited for over a month without headlight until they got one to replace, happy I did not get into accident or tickets, sales people did not know how to work the car system and did not have enough experience. Finance is rude and does not smile. She treated us with no respect. The car had issues with the axles. It was sent four times for repair and has never been repaired. Finally, the service said I needed to change the tires for almost $1500, and the car remains unrepaired. Finally, I hired an attorney to file a lemon law.
