The day of the sale the car was detailed and waiting for me with a full tank of gas. Mike helped pair my phone and learn how to use the updated apps including my trial of Sirius radio. Mike and Bob helped make sure I received the loyalty reward and get me the best deal they could for the financing. I was very pleased with the transparency about pricing, it was easy to follow and understood, while Mike went through and showed me all the upgrades I could purchase (no edge rear view mirror etc.) he never tried to be pushy or tell me I needed these items, just wanted me to be a well informed consumer of item’s availability to me. During the entire process these guys were great at keeping me updated on the status of where we were at in the process, offered me bottled water, even a slice of pizza ☺️ since our transaction spanned over the lunch hours and the coffee shop was closed. I continue to come back to Tufankjian Toyota because I never feel hassled or pressured to make a purchase or upgrade, im provided with transparency on pricing and I never feel like I have to try to haggle the price. I’m welcomed in like an old friend. I’d also like to thank the financing body building coach in the back, VPL buddy! More
