I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. Everyone from sales to service, parts to body shop is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. On this occasion I am quite pleased with the quality of service I received. My car runs and sounds like new. Great job addressing my concerns and making all repairs in a timely and cost effective manner. Much appreciation to Mona, Tom A, Sean and Joe F in service for their patience and outstanding customer care.
