I started in 1974 washing cars and thereafter filled many positions and assumed added responsibilities within the Klaben Auto Group prior to attaining my current leadership position. Highly satisfied with Klaben’s customer care. I have been a frequent loyal customer of Klaben for over 10 years and can not say enough about how well they treat me. Everyone from sales to service, parts to body shop is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. On this occasion I am quite pleased with the quality of service I received. My car runs and sounds like new. Great job addressing my concerns and making all repairs in a timely and cost effective manner. Much appreciation to Mona, Tom A, Sean and Joe F in service for their patience and outstanding customer care. Also I must recognize Artie in the body shop for all he has done for me, my family and friends over the years. The quality of workmanship is second to none. Wonderful job…..again!! For all of your auto needs, Klaben is the place!! Highly recommend!! More
