Came in and looking and left buying! I have leased Infiniti cars for the past 9 years. When my lease was up Infiniti did not have a lease for the car I wanted. So it was time to look at what other dealers were offering. I stopped by to look at BMW. This was my first time ever looking at BMW. Justin O'Connor was our client advisor. He impressed us with his knowledge of the car and the leasing program. He encouraged us to test drive the X1. Like I said earlier we were looking....(because I hoped Inifiniti would come through with a deal for me)..and we ended up buying that same day. I attribute the sale to Justin! Although the car we wanted was not available, Justin was able to locate one in Germany and called every week to let us know the status of the car. The car came in relatively on time (weather attributed to a few days delay). When we picked up the car it was a very pleasant experience. Ozzie Mamoor handled the paperwork and answered any questions we had. Martin Hernandez reviewed the vehicle with us. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us.
