Creative, Responsive & Competitive I recently purchased a 2015 Avalon. Shalonda and Cristian put together very competitive and reasonable pricing for the vehicle. Furthermore, my Ford I recently purchased a 2015 Avalon. Shalonda and Cristian put together very competitive and reasonable pricing for the vehicle. Furthermore, my Ford Explorer's lease was up and Cristian offered to buy the vehicle thereby saving me the expense of the excess mileage. Everything was perfect until we were notified by Ford that another dealer (Andrew) couldn't buy the vehicle. My choices were to buy the Explorer and pay the tax or pay the excess mileage fee. Neither was appealing. Cristian put together a solution that was creative, responsive, & competitive. In the end, I'm very happy with Andrews professionalism and even more happy with my Avalon. Professional and great personality Mark is very professional and has a great personality. I purchased a 2014.5 Camry in December and before I could pick it up I had knee surgery. After picking up my Camry Mark called me several times to see how I was doing and if I had driven the car. I finally drove the care in late March. After driving the car for about a month Mark called again to see how I liked the car. I stated I felt my vision was impaired and that I was disappointed. Well, Mark made an appointment for and after listening to me to make sure he understood my concerns he begin to show mw several other cars. I was not satisfied and was just going to leave when Mark said “let me try one more thing”. He adjusted my steering wheel and seat and I was much better. I felt so bad for taking up so much of his time but Mark was always patient, professional and even sometime funny. Thank you Mark for a great experience. More
