Election Day Expedited Service Came in for service morning of election day expecting to avoid crowds. Checked in for oil change but since I was at the mileage for 75K service, I ind Came in for service morning of election day expecting to avoid crowds. Checked in for oil change but since I was at the mileage for 75K service, I indicated for the crew to do upgraded work. Despite thinking i would avoid the crowds, the waiting area was very full. That said, my service was completed in a very timely fashion. Although full, the waiting area was comfortable and clean as were the other areas customers use while waiting. The service staff are always polite and accommodating, particularly Jacob Swaim. I am pleased that they offer quality service in a comfortable environment. More

I usually want to discuss my service issue with someone, but that is almost never possible. I recently left a call back message AND an email request for a callback and NEVER HEARD A WORD...NOTHING. Although I bring my Hyundai Sonata to them regularly for service, I do not feel that they really want my business. If they did, they would have a HUMAN answer the phone and they would return my calls. More
Warning Light on dash after each Gas fill-up I was very disappointed when I had to take my 2016 Plug-In Sonata back to this dealer 6 times to get a pesky warning light to not light up after each I was very disappointed when I had to take my 2016 Plug-In Sonata back to this dealer 6 times to get a pesky warning light to not light up after each gas fill-up. This problem took 6 months and many trips back to this dealer to have them reset it and order me a new gas tank fill neck. This did not solve my problem. I finally solved it myself by disregarding the warning to NOT tighten the gas cap past one click. After one click the gas cap does Not seal. so I gave the gas cap another hard twist and solved my problem. this caused me a lot of worry and time in the dealer's service Dept. I thought I had a Lemon? I have put 46,000 miles on this car in a year and a half. Runs great with about 45 MPG but it does not have a spare tire and I have had 2 flats? Service too expensive $$$$. Love Jacob the Service desk guy. Not so the service Manager! More
Service Department will lie to you about your car I went to this dealership for a recall parts replacement. They called me to tell me that my brake pads needed replaced and the rotors resurfaced. I I went to this dealership for a recall parts replacement. They called me to tell me that my brake pads needed replaced and the rotors resurfaced. I had a bad experience with my previous PA Hyundai dealership trying to sell me service that was 100% unnecessary for another 40,000+ miles, so I held off on the replacement to go somewhere else a couple months later. Imagine my surprise when that service shop called me to let me know my brake pads were only a tiny bit past halfway worn and I still had quite a ways until replacement. Do your research before accepting what this service center recommends. They obviously did an adequate job with the recall parts replacement, but trying to sell a service the average person can't quickly confirm, that wasn't even close to needed is so vile. I will never return here unless I have to for a recall. More

Excellent Service - Purchase to Maintenance We purchased a Hyundai Sante Fe (an upgrade from the Tuscon) in December 2014. We had exceptional service during our purchase process. And even though the process went to about 10 pm the sales team kept their great attitude! We got a fair price and took the very good dealership financing rate. Since then we have had Santa Fe serviced there, several times. Again, GREAT SERVICE so we had to share the great customer service consistency we have experienced. The service team is SO ORGANIZED, friendly, kind, and happy. They have gone above & beyond, for example, they gave us a loaner for the day when the Santa Fe had to be serviced. We are looking for an upgrade to our Toyota and we will be back to Annapolis Hyundai! More

Instead of just moving on, she called a different number and talked it through, and almost ALL of it was covered.
