I first met Manjula 4 years ago when I came in to trade in my Infiniti for a 3 series. She was very welcoming and patient, answering every question I had with detail. I called, and without hesitation they told me to bring the car right back in. My advisor reevaluated the vehicle immediately, even though my appointment was technically over. That level of responsiveness and professionalism is rare, and it made me feel like they genuinely cared about getting the problem resolved.
