i live in maine and have never visited the dealership personally..but was in search of a certified 750 bmw...i spoke with steve kozlowski when i called the dealership and felt very comfortable with both personally..but was in search of a certified 750 bmw...i spoke with steve kozlowski when i called the dealership and felt very comfortable with both his knowledge and professionalism...we have a bmw dealership 5 miles from my house that had a similar 750 and a dealership 50 miles away in New Hampshire that had another 750..same year..same price..i could have easily visited both dealerships close to me..but steve sent me pictures ,info, original sticker, carfax..etc, etc.he made me feel so comfortable with the transaction that i made the decision to buy the 750 from him at darien..sight unseen!...it was a very expensive car and was a big decision!..the transaction..delivery..followup..actually everything went super..steve called me the next morning and spent almost an hour with me going over every detail of the car..cockpit..even helped me sync my phone!..it was like he was here at my house...it has been 3 weeks and he called again to followup...that kind of service is rare indeed these days...i so highly recommend steve kozlowski and the darien dealership for your next purchase..i am positive my wife and i will be calling steve again! More

My purchasing experience was wonderful we spoke over the phone a few times discussed what I wanted in my car and it was done very quickly, and when i went to pick it up it was ready to go parked right out f phone a few times discussed what I wanted in my car and it was done very quickly, and when i went to pick it up it was ready to go parked right out front ready to go we went over the specs of the car signed the paper work and i was able to get on the road and experience my New BMW everything was excellent highly recommend it and will to all my friends and family More

First and only experience so far is for a service appointment for my X5. The staff was extremely professional and friendly. They serviced the vehicle in a timely manner and set appropriate expectat appointment for my X5. The staff was extremely professional and friendly. The only issue we had was during pick-up, they weren't able to locate our records since the vehicle still showed up under the previous owner. Service is horrible at Bmw of Darien. Never send your car here. I regret it. They dont know whats going on with your car. I was just about to purchase a lexus when I stopped by BMW. Sal was able to find me the perfect car I'd been holding out for. He was honest and friendly and had great follow up. From my first contact with the sales person, Sal Marino, through the delivery of our vehicle, the team went to bat to put us in the car we really wanted and keep us within our budget. Both Sal and Anthony Martinez were professional, diligent, and extremely attentive throughout the entire process. BMW of Darien is not my first experience buying from a BMW dealer, but it will become my dealer of choice for all my future needs, as well as the rest of my family.
