I live in California and had been looking for a particular color combination and options on a Z4 for for several months. Once day I found the exact car I had been looking for online at BMW of Westlake. Living on the West Coast I was very hesitant to try and purchase a car from internet pictures and phone calls sight unseen. I contacted the internet sales department and spoke to Tom Zito. Tom was incredibly helpful. He spend probably hours of his time answering specific questions and sending me detailed pictures of every aspect of the car I was interested in. He understood I was hesitant and nervous to spend so much money on a car I coudn't see in person. After a week of talking and asking questions I decided to move forward. I was so pleased to find the negotiation process, financing, and even shipment of the vehicle out to California to be easy and painless. I felt I got a fair deal and didnt have to deal with sales tactics and difficulty other dealerships usually give you when they know they have something you want. Once my car arrived it was better than I expected! Everything was exactly as Tom had explained and there were no surprises. Tom even took care of the licencing of my car in California all the way from Ohio. This was a 5 star experience from start to finish. Why I went with BMW Felt most comfortable with BMW than any other brand. The dealership was no pressure and not snotty. My salesman, Steve M, is the best. I was dreading the process of trading a vehicle and negotiating a price on the new vehicle but was pleasantly surprised with the experience. John Redden was my salesperson and he could not have been nicer. His colleague, Howard, was also helping out with information he could provide. Neither one were aggressive or pushy and never made me feel rushed to make a decision. From the salespeople all the way up to the manager (Bob Strecker), each was extremely nice and never made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. I can't say enough good things about how warm and pleasant they all were! I highly recommend BMW of Westlake! More
