Tom and the Ganley team were extremely responsive and very professional throughout the entire transaction. I purchased a 2014 7 series and traded a 2011 Mercedes Benz. I had some hesitation due to the fact that I am located in CT and Ganley is approximately 8 hours away in Ohio. Tom's demeanor and professionalism gave me the confidence to complete the transaction and make the 8 hour drive. While I had some concerns about figures changing after the long drive, everything was exactly as Tom said it would be including the trade in value assigned to my vehicle and every penny of the terms of the entire transaction. This, of course, requires transparency on both sides and my trade was exactly as I represented so there was no reason for anything to differ. Still, you hear horror stories of people having terrible experiences with out of state dealers. Tom even stayed late on a Saturday evening to meet us because we hit some traffic. It is without any hesitation that I highly recommend Tom and the Ganley team. More

After looking at Mercedes GLK's and Nissan Rogues at local dealers, I went to Ganl I located a 2012 x3 on the USAA Buying Services site at Ganley BMW. After looking at Mercedes GLK's and Nissan Rogues at local dealers, I went to Ganley (about 25 min drive from our house) and met with Jerry. He was great and answered all our questions in a straight-forward manner. He got us an excellent price down from the web price. We took delivery today and he spent all the time we needed explaining the car's features. We enjoyed the car-buying experience at Ganley! When my other car needs replacing, I will definitely return to Ganley BMW and Jerry! More

Amazing experience When I found my dream car online at AutoTrader.com, I was ecstatic...and then I saw that it was 1,000 miles away from me (I'm on the Gulf Coast of Mis When I found my dream car online at AutoTrader.com, I was ecstatic...and then I saw that it was 1,000 miles away from me (I'm on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi) at Ganley BMW. A 2012 E89 Z4 in Atacama Yellow is rare, though, so I decided to call. When I called, I had the amazing good fortune to speak to Jerry Mancini. Jerry is phenomenal! He was knowledgeable, super nice, and very patient with all of my questions. With Jerry, I was easily able to negotiate a great price for the new Z4 and also worked out a price for my trade ('04 Z4). Despite some complexities around doing an out of state deal, it couldn't have gone smoother with Jerry and Fred in my corner. After a 1,000 mile drive to Cleveland, I was thrilled to find that everyone at Ganley was just as nice in person as they were on the phone. Both my husband and I agree that Ganley is the best BMW dealer we have worked with, and that Jerry is BY FAR the best salesman we've worked with.
