I live in Florida and travel to Cleveland twice a year to visit my daughter and grandkids. I owned a 2006, 325ci convertible and had need of service in the past and on this trip. You know there are many automobile dealers selling the same cars, but what stands out (to me) with Ganley BMW is the people - Howard Schneider in particular, Robert Strecker and Erik Parkinson in F&I. They didn't miss a beat in making me happy, from a fair trade on my 325ci to explaining the features of my new 128i. The car was ready as promised and the paperwork and its explanation was flawless. I received an e-mail regarding some BMW incentives that would allow me to turn in my current lease and lease a 2014 X3. We took my old vehicle in for some warranty service and wound up leaving with a new car. We wondered into the showroom to ask some questions about buying out our old lease, and started talking with Frank wound up leaving with a new car. We test drove the car in a snowstorm and I was sold. The 535 Gran Turismo with xdrive is amazing in the snow. Frank and Dirk Steffen were able to get us out of our old lease 6 weeks early and into a beautiful car that same day. Everything went very smoothly, no problems or promises broken. It was probably the best auto dealership experience I have ever had, from the service department to the sales team and the finance department. Everyone was friendly, respectful and honest. I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate that experience! More
