We took my old vehicle in for some warranty service and wound up leaving with a new car. We wondered into the showroom to ask some questions about buying out our old lease, and started talking with Frank wound up leaving with a new car. We test drove the car in a snowstorm and I was sold. The 535 Gran Turismo with xdrive is amazing in the snow. Frank and Dirk Steffen were able to get us out of our old lease 6 weeks early and into a beautiful car that same day. Everything went very smoothly, no problems or promises broken. It was probably the best auto dealership experience I have ever had, from the service department to the sales team and the finance department. Everyone was friendly, respectful and honest. I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate that experience! More

We went to this dealership d/t the selection of cars and the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from Marc Narosyn. He really was interested in helping us buy a car. Any of the dealerships we contacted in Pa were NOT h the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from Marc Narosyn. He really was interested in helping us buy a car. He has great "people" skills, was very helpful and kind. He got back to us right away, each and every time we contacted Ganley BMW. He is the reason we traveled 250 miles to get our newest car. I had the best experience today purchasing my BMW 528x! I met Howard Schneider a couple of years ago while getting my car serviced at a different dealership. I was browsing at cars in the showroom and was greeted by Howard. Very friendly and helpful, never pushy. Just knew that i wanted him to sell me my next vehicle! So when i returned to buy a vehicle from him one year later, i was sad to hear that he no longer worked for that dealership. A few months ago, my husband and i were considering BMW as our next car, and the nearest dealership was in middleburg hts. As soon as i walk into the dealership, I see Howard. I literally ran to him and gave him a big hug! After two years, he knew exactly who i was! It was meant to be! Today he went above and beyond to get me the car that i wanted at a great price. He did research on the used vehicle before he even considered even showing me! Also, the staff were all super friendly. The used car manager,Fred, was awesome too.
