Then Erik Parkinson stepped and tried to work his magic, but no matter what the bank wasn't trying to work with us that night. So we had made an appointment a couple days later, and before I left that day I had filled out a credit application. So inbetween then, and our next appointment those two guys were on the ball getting just about everything they could set up before I got there. So when I showed up it was just in and out and both of them were so friendly and very intelligent. You know there are many automobile dealers selling the same cars, but what stands out (to me) with Ganley BMW is the people - Howard Schneider in particular, Robert Strecker and Erik Parkinson in F&I. They didn't miss a beat in making me happy, from a fair trade on my 325ci to explaining the features of my new 128i. The car was ready as promised and the paperwork and its explanation was flawless.
