The sevice department is useless. They told me nothing was wrong with the Jeep steering. Then said , one of their employees had the same problem and spent a lot of money trying to fi They told me nothing was wrong with the Jeep steering. Then said , one of their employees had the same problem and spent a lot of money trying to fix it but couldn’t. Why did he spent a lot of money trying to fix it, if nothing was wrong with it. The Jeep is all over the road. It’s dangerous to drive. I’m constantly fighting it , to keep from running off the road. They said I just wasn’t used to the short wheelbase. This is my 3rd Jeep. I’m very used to the wheelbase. My other jeeps didn’t drive like this. I have some friends with jeeps that tried it out and said , their’s didn’t drive like that. Jeep forums are all saying the steering box is loose. This dealership didn’t know what to do , so they said it didn’t have a problem. If all jeeps where like this, they would go out of business. I guess my next step is a lawyer. More
