Dealership is okay. I’ve taken my truck there several times for maintenance and have yet been asked if I wanted it washed or vacummed. The salesmen that sold me the truc I’ve taken my truck there several times for maintenance and have yet been asked if I wanted it washed or vacummed. The salesmen that sold me the truck initially said they could fill up my tank once when I brought it in for service. Thats yet to happen as well. The mechanic sent me a video while under the truck showing me the good and bad and recommendations That’s great service and very unique. That’s the best thing I’ve seen there. The inside salesman was also very courteous and helpful and called me with the recommendations as well. More

Poor communication and poor service. They had my vehicle for over a week on a recheck for A/C work done there in mid August for which I paid $1600. On day 7 of them having my vehicl They had my vehicle for over a week on a recheck for A/C work done there in mid August for which I paid $1600. On day 7 of them having my vehicle for the recheck, I was sent a text stating that additional repairs were needed to get my A/C cooling again to the tune of $1891 and change. I called the service advisor and voiced my concerns as to how this was not found in the initial system check. The service advisor stated he would speak to the service manager. The service manager left a voice mail that same day stating she would like to discuss my options. I returned her call the following the morning and left her a message to call. She never returned my phone call so I left a message with the original assigned service advisor informing him I would be coming to pick up my vehicle. He also did not respond. As I was unable to speak with either of them, I declined the work via the messaging app and went to get my vehicle. I explained to yet another different service advisor that I was there to get my vehicle. He got my paperwork and said there was a $220 diagnostic fee. I balked and he said he would remove the charge. The service advisor then said he would have my vehicle brought around for me and I went out to wait in the service drive. Some time later the same service advisor comes out where I'm waiting for my vehicle and tells me my vehicle has not been reassembled and will not be ready until the next afternoon. I was not pleased. Progress, no progress was not communicated. I do not believe my vehicle was properly diagnosed from the beginning. All in all, a horrible experience. More
Was told waiting time was 1. 5 hours, after waiting that time, the person helping me had little to no clue what the status of my car was, inspection had only been done and he hadn 5 hours, after waiting that time, the person helping me had little to no clue what the status of my car was, inspection had only been done and he hadn’t even sent me text. Told me to wait a little more, ended up waiting a total of 2 hours and 20 minutes for my oil change, tire rotation and inspection. He had offered a car wash and it wasn’t even done. They also forgot to leave my wheel lock in the vehicle and I had to come back for it later. As for the waiting accommodations, it’s truly sad that there were no donuts offered, and the coffee creamers are no longer there. A year ago the service was better and there were donuts and better coffee. I dont mind waiting thats why I never choose to go home and wait there but this was ridiculous. Bad experience More
