This dealership gives poor customer service. I was without my car because no one opened The night drop box to get the keys to repair my car. I was told at closing the the keys were missed pl I was without my car because no one opened The night drop box to get the keys to repair my car. I was told at closing the the keys were missed place and my car was not there. My car was there from Friday evening about 7 o'clock and Saturday the Rep told me that no manager was there but i did speak to and told they would take care it. I did receive any communication from the advisor. I had to go to the airport after hours and rent a car. My car need a battery. I got my car back on that Tuesday. More
