My First Car Buying Experience Wow! I went in to test drive a 2014 Mustang on Friday and I became the proud owner on the Monday following. Frank was my dealer and was exceptionally Wow! I went in to test drive a 2014 Mustang on Friday and I became the proud owner on the Monday following. Frank was my dealer and was exceptionally personable. He made everything easy and I felt like all of my questions and concerns were answered genuinely and honestly. Patrick was my finance manager. He answered all of my questions and was patient while I thought out all of my options. I wanted the car but it was a great experience because I didn't feel as if I was being sold. They gave me a great deal! They added some extras at no charge which was very kind. This is the first car I've ever purchased myself and I'm glad I chose this dealership. It is detailed perfectly and the new tires are a nice addition. I will be doing business here again in the future for as long as I live in Indianapolis. Great job, guys and thank you! More

I had purchased a ford from a different dealership a week ago and was told it has navigation and it did not. Bill Estes team helped me figure out my problems even though I didn't buy through them. I ended up giving it back to the original dealership and went to Bill Estes today. Frank was such a great help and had the best customer service I could have asked for. He turned my bad experience of my first time buying a car into a positive one. I never once felt pressured into buying or that he had the "car salesmen" attitude.
