I had been in sales for thirty-two years so I do understand the sales talk. The decision to buy was ours but Chris had great imput and understood our needs and didn't try push for more, that I appreciate. Salesman was courteous and helpful from beginning. He answered all my questions and those he did not have an answer for ...he admitted it and went to get answers. When I called back and told him my needs financially, salesman worked to meet those needs and we were able to close within 24 hours of first talking with salesman. I went to Ford dealer because they did not take any money from the Government for bail out and Estes Ford was closest to our residence. More
