Met with Steve Scott in sales who was very knowledgeable about vehicle even though being a fairly new associate with Bill Estes Ford. Very professional and helpful; was not pushy or 'hard-sell' in the least. Took the 2500.00 cash incentive from Ford with other incentives that Steve had found for us, but wasn't required to give us. Steve also gave us a coupon for savings on the Extended Service Plan that we applied to the vehicle. Made the shopping experience that much easier and better for us. Was escorted by Steve to Greg Floyd who helped us take care of the financial end of purchase. Very efficient and didn't take long to finish. Wife loves vehicle as do I, and I'm sure will be a great car for us on down the line. Would highly recommend this dealer and Sales Consultant to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from Bill Estes Ford. More
The sales and service staff are the best. Joh Huse is the best salesman we have ever had. the dealership is in a good location, easy to get to and you can see it from the interstate. I had been in the market for a new ford to replace my dodge. I had went to a couple of ford dealerships in Indianapolis. I had went to a dealership that claimed to sell MOHR ford vehicles than anyone i dodge. I had went to a couple of ford dealerships in Indianapolis. I had went to a dealership that claimed to sell MOHR ford vehicles than anyone in Indiana. Whenever I got there the salesmen seemed disintersted in spending any time with me. After they appraised my vehicle they gave me a crazy price nowhere near what was fair trade value. They then gave me the vehicle price and walked away and all went and sat together in another room. They never even tried to see if I was interested in a different vehicle or try to see if they could work something out. I left that dealership and went to Bill Estes Ford I was quickly greeted and shown around the dealership. The salesman seemed interested in me and what I was looking for. He got me a price I was satisfied with and the truck I had been looking for. The trade in price I received was more than fair for the vehicle and when everything was signed they even went over all the operations of the vehicle before I left the dealership. I know that if I am ever in the market again for another ford vehicle I will without a doubt go back to Bill Estes Ford. More

I contacted Chris Elder through the internet to begin negotiations on a new F-150. Through his great efforts he was able to find the vehicle I wanted in their inventory and came through with a great pric negotiations on a new F-150. My wife and I traded in our 2007 Edge and purchased a new 2010 Escape over the weekend. As part of the deal, we asked the dealership if they could do a pass through deal on our Edge in order to allow my wife 2010 Escape over the weekend. As part of the deal, we asked the dealership if they could do a pass through deal on our Edge in order to allow my wife's mother to purchase. On Monday when she went to the dealership, our former Edge was cleaned up and ready to go. They worked thru the deal in order to trade in her Focus, provide her a better rate and get her all set up in a newer vehicle at a lower cost per month. At the end of the day, it was a win for everybody involved. I cannot say how much I appreciate the effort and professionalism of the entire staff. More
