My Review of Bill Jacobs MINI:
New Car sales on the Mini side is hard to deal with. I had a hard time getting a return phone call from many different people from this dealership. I was forced to speak with a sales manager to get any response and was giving to a 2nd sales guy. The 2nd sales guy, James, was very helpful and I did end up purchasing a new car for $25,000+. During the finance sit down to fill out the purchase paperwork, I was given incorrect information that caused me to spend extra money after the purchase. The sales tactics by the finance manager was very high pressure for the extra "services" they can offer with the car.
A few days after the purchase of the car, I called and emailed to ask why I was given incorrect information, however no one will return my call/email. I am still trying to get a response from them over a week later.
There are many different dealerships in the Chicago area, I suggest a different one.
