So I went back and did a test drive and 2 hours later I found and purchased my next car. Dominick was terrific to deal with, no pressure, just facts. We went through the whole purchase without issue and drove the car home that afternoon. Ed helped us with the financial paperwork, presenting all options and didn't question or pressure us on our choices. Everyone was very supportive and it couldn't have gone any smother. Leased a Toyota six weeks ago, but brought car to Bridgewater Acura to discuss possible scenario of extricating myself from lease and leasing an Acura, which was car I'd originally considered leasing (from them). Dealt with Charlie Ovares, a salesman, who was as classy and real as can be. Very very impressive guy, totally genuine, his integrity was instantly obvious. Was clear immediately there would be no "bs." Then Sales Manager John Neals talked with me, same deal--classy, real, honest, crunched numbers with me and, as has been my previous experience with this dealership, he had my best interests in mine. That's as high praise as you can give a dealership, and so I give it--Charlie Ovares, seek him out for a great sales experience. John Neals--ask for him when you want to deal with a no-nonsense sales manager, a seriously good guy who's all real, no fake.
