I got checked in at 7:08 told the service tech I want a oil change, tire rotated he told me to have a seat inside and there coffee and douhnuts help yourself and will be done soon as possible, (I'm thinking ya right there's 10 people in front of me), to my SHOCK I was done at 830. He kept us up to date all along the way and made sure when we came in to sign the paperwork that things were prepared in advance; finance got us in and out in no time at all.
