On our most recent service visit, we had a complaint about our windshield wipers. They not only checked every feature, they explained why the wipers work the way they do. I trust this dealership to listen and to respond to my needs. I'm looking forward to learning about the Honda Civic hybrid, which I understand is now available. More

No stars but app made me leave one. Worst experience ever at a car dealership. We put a deposit on a 2022 CRV. They delayed the process for 1 hour 20 minutes before telling us they could not sell us the car because they didn’t have a title. Manager never came over to talk to us. Very unprofessional. This was a 2022 that came off a lease and they had it on property for 2 months. We were upset but we kept our deposit on the car waiting for new duplicate title to come in. One week went by, then two, three, and four. We kept calling - they were not proactive calling us with an update. By week four they said they made no progress getting title. We got our deposit back. Ridiculous and very unprofessional. we were waiting because of the color. After we pulled out we went to a very professional Honda dealership and bought the same car, just not the color we wanted. I wouldn’t go to Brandfon Honda again. More
Have always owned Hondas and my family has bought 5 Hondas from Brandfon. My last one I bought I was told I'd receive 2 free oil changes. I received my first then some time later went for the 2nd and t Hondas from Brandfon. My last one I bought I was told I'd receive 2 free oil changes. I received my first then some time later went for the 2nd and they claimed I didn't have another one. Now I know I didn't use it and I know the sales person Joel told me 2 free oil changes. However, the service center refused to give it to me. I couldn't believe it. I know it's minor but to me, it's principle. I'm so aggravated with the situation even months later. I hate giving bad reviews but I don't think what happened was fair especially to a loyal customer. I'd definitely give a second thought on whether I go back to them. Haven't been since. That's how disgusted I am. Sorry, but I have integrity so this situation is a problem for me. More
I had my car towed into t this dealership on the 30th of Oct because of it being vandalized & one of the things I requested was that the seat to be detailed because of all the rain that came through the b Oct because of it being vandalized & one of the things I requested was that the seat to be detailed because of all the rain that came through the broken window, upon receiving my car back , I noticed that my flowers from my son’s, brother & dad funeral that I had placed above the dashboard in my car was gone …. Some of my son flowers have been there since my oldest funeral Nov 30 2020 & my baby son passed away 14 months later January 15 2022 my brother March 17 2022 & my dad June 09 2022 … I want answers of why would someone throw away something like that… you should of ask the customer before you throw anything away out of their car & on top off all that they never detail my car but charged my insurance for the job they claimed they did … I still have stains on my seat from a proteins shake that I spilled & if the job was done I wouldn’t see that … y’all wipe my car down & that was all … I reached out to them on Friday & was told the the manager was out of the office until Friday & too leave a voicemail & after doing so , so one from the dealership call me right back about my voicemail & told me he will find out my car & give me a car back by the end of the day & still haven’t heard anything… so I call this morning & received attitude by the woman that answered the phone….  you receive almost $7000 for the damage to my car & the  detail department threw my deceased son’s brother father flowers out from there funeral & never detail the inside of my car …. some things can’t be replaced… Just to be clear Frank was great… it’s the detail department & the rude lady that answers the phone & my the man that called me back… I think his name was Manuel but I could’ve wrong … I expect a callback & I will be emailed corporate with my complaint  More

Rob people blind. Tell you one thing and do another when you leave dealership. Change paperwork after you leave. When you tell them to cancel certain add ons they don't. A $26,000 car for someone with impeccable credit and never had a late payment on anything ever ends up paying $48,000 for that $26,000 car. Impossible to get in touch with people to address their mistakes. Had someone call from dealership and use terminology such as aiight, nah and bet. So highly unprofessional. Someone from the finance department made it apparent to come out and shake my hand to tell me how loyal I am to honda and that I'm in phenomenal standing with them so they would take $13.00 off. You could take your $13.00 and shove it. I will give you $13.00 since you clearly need it more then I do because you robbed me so badly. I have LEGAL documentation stating you would remove my add ons (gap insurance and repair package) which you never did now won't even send statements to my house. FRAUD all around. I will write reviews on every social media platform and blast this dealership everywhere until someone with intelligence rectifies this issue before I take LEGAL ACTION More
Brandfon Honda stuck it to me on a used car I purchased there during the pandemic. I brought the car back to them about a month after I purchased it. The service department stated to me that they couldn’t there during the pandemic. I brought the car back to them about a month after I purchased it. The service department stated to me that they couldn’t find anything wrong with the car, but it’s a Subaru so I would be better off going to the Subaru dealer as they are not equipped to diagnose. The symptoms were as follows; The car is hesitating on acceleration, the car makes a clicking noise as you turn a corner, the car hits a bump in the road and jumps in the roadway. I took the car to the Subaru dealer, and they were able to diagnose the problems. The results are as follows; The acceleration was caused by the spark plugs being faulty and overdue for replacement. The clicking was due to the cv axle being bad and the jumping was because the tie rod on the passenger’s side was worn excessively! Yet their mechanics were unable to diagnose this? I am guessing these are the same mechanics who gave the car a full 150-point inspection. To top it off this dealer cons you into purchasing a warranty to cover any problems that may come up. I purchased this warranty and I this warranty company is just as terrible as this dealership. I have the top package and they cheat you on costs, don’t follow terms, leave you stranded, And are just horrid. My advice is to stay away from this dealership. They can’t be trusted and their mechanics are a joke. More
