A recent repair of an Odyssey was over $1200. 00. A bit expensive but the bad kicker was that for water I would have to buy bottled water or use a cup to get filtered tap water. Which I couldn’t 00. My wife & I purchased a new 23 CRV Sport Touring last week. After taking a ride trip, we realized a couple of safety features were not functioning properly. I was in Crystal Lake for work and had car trouble. The guys at Brilliance took care of me with customer service that left me shocked. I rolled in, they took my broken car in, had the paperwork done in 5 m guys at Brilliance took care of me with customer service that left me shocked. I rolled in, they took my broken car in, had the paperwork done in 5 minutes, and had me out on the road with a brand new loaner car from the lot. I was able to work stress free with dependable transportation while they took a look at my car. They got back to me the very next day via text (I couldn't answer phone at work) and had me all taken care of with a detailed report. Reasonable price, repaired vehicle so I was safe on the road again with confidence and without the additional stress and financial burden. I wish I lived local because these guys would be my exclusive sales and service provider. More
