Sunglasses weee stolen from my mom's car during visit and some other sunglasses were put in their place. So essentially they swapped out the sunglasses which were worth $400. I asked Jorge about it and he ba some other sunglasses were put in their place. So essentially they swapped out the sunglasses which were worth $400. I asked Jorge about it and he basically told my mom tough xxxx, you signed paperwork that the dealership isn't responsible for lost or stolen items. I texted him asking for the general mangers name and contact Information and the contact info for the service manager but never got a response. I submitted a survey and requested a callback from the managers but nothing. Please don't make me lose faith in your dealership and make it right. More

I have been to Toyota Camelback many times before to have my car serviced. I was a little stressed due to the issues with my car's maintenance that was due. I always feel take care of, but this past visit Mr my car serviced. I was a little stressed due to the issues with my car's maintenance that was due. I always feel take care of, but this past visit Mr. Lee made the visit seamlessly pleasant. He updated me several times while I waited, he was very personable and even went the extra mile and had my car rinsed! I will certainly be back for the other recommendations of service and even felt comfortable scheduling the next appt before I left. I am thankful for Mr. Lee kindness and advice!
