It is only fitting, since the present location on Broadway, was the original site of the beginning of the growth of the Cavender brand in South Texas. Started by James M. Cavender, and his twin sons, Jimmy and Billy, the dealerships are now moving into the 3rd generation of Cavenders. I requested a meeting with the service Manager twice through the service advisor and nothing. I even went to the service department and was told he was out on Spring break then i asked to speak to his supervisor and i coukd see him in his office and i waited and waited he never said a word never even moved from desk and never followed up with me. Ive only taken my car to the dealer for service since the dealer i thought is the expert on Cadillacs and i have brought my vehicke there for almost 10 years. Service has gotten more expensive and im not feeling im getting the best service. Ive taken care of my vehicle im paying and the repairs are not getting done or im told something else needs to be repaired and ive paid for that repair previously or the service advisor sells me something that i dont need. I need to see that cavendar cares and want to do the right thing for me the customer and not lip service
