On a whim, I stop by and meet Andy, and right off the bat realized this place was different. He showed me the car, talked a bit about it, and explained what they do. I voiced some concerns about my old car, and financing the new car. Andy made the transition so easy and provided a deal too good not to take! He even offered to help sell my old car via private party! No other dealer would ever do that!! By the time I was done, and the paperwork signed, I felt like family. Andy by far is one of the friendliest, up front people one met. He's got my business for my next car a well as my fiancée! More

Out-of-State Purchase. Excellent Service! It was an out-of-state purchase. I was very concerned because there was a lot of scams even when posted on Autotrader. I eventually settled on CBB when my bank told me that the others were highly questionable. Andy was my sales representative who saw through the entire deal. He was extremely responsive to my calls and text messages because of my concerns about dealing with an out of state purchase. He got me additional pictures when I requested for it. I eventually got my car and I must say I was very pleased. There were a couple of minor concerns which Andy took care of it immediately. Very grateful and very happy with the car. More

I decided to travel from El Paso TX to Phoenix to drive the car and sign all the paperwork in person with Andy. This was by far the best experience I've had with purchasing a vehicle especially in another state. Would highly recommend the CBB staff and especially Andy. All together it was a one week turnaround from the time I spoke to Andy to the time I picked the vehicle up. More
