We were trying to trade two cars in for one but were upside down on one of the cars. Jamie did a tremendous job trying to make it work, but we decide to wait until I could sell one of the cars. We finally sold one of the cars and made an appointment with Jamie for 7/15/2016. When we arrived at the dealership Jamie informed us that a very dear friend of his passed away that morning and he would like us to work with Jim Beyer. Jim did an outstanding job and we drove off in a 2012 Lexus. We would highly recommend doing business with Benz and Beemer and especially work with either Jamie or Jim. More

Excellent car buying experience I'm a retired Army combat vet, so I don't have a lot of patience for any games. Much less for car salesmen games. Thank goodness I took my business to Certified Benz and Beemer and had the pleasure of doing business with Jim Beyer. Jim had no idea, but I grew up in the car business with my father being the General Manager, Vice President, and eventual co-owner of several car dealerships. I know the game, but I'm also a realist when it comes to buying a car. The prices at CBB are fair and competitive, especially for the type and condition of the cars they sale. Jim listened intently on what I and my wife were looking for, he found the cars we were interested in and brought them to us, and answered all questions we had. After a test drive, he made sure we had water, that are trade-in was being appraised, and that we were fully informed of the car buying experience. Jim fully explained how they came to the price of their car, and how they appraised our trade-in. When it came to the breakdown of numbers, Jim completely in detail explained everything and when I asked for $200 more for my trade he said, "I'll get it done." It was literally the easiest and less stressful car buying experience I've ever had. My wife and I did not wait long to get into finance, and we were pleasantly surprised that the financing we brought in was beat by their financing. Because of the better rate we were able to add on an extended warranty, and Tracey in finance was absolutely terrific in explaining everything and getting us on the road. I will absolutely return to buy another vehicle from CBB, and will request to work with Jim Beyer because he's absolutely on point to provide excellent customer service and a fantastic car buying experience. I highly recommend CBB and Jim Beyer. More

Bobby took the time and listened to me about what I needed and what I was looking for in a vehicle. Having owned BMW's almost my whole life, we actually found and fell in love with a ML550. It's not only gorgeous, but it has low miles, and perfect for our small family. I am in sales and can be picky and judgemental. I didn't have to do that with Bobby. He was very transparent and found us the vehicle that not only surpassed our expectations, but made us happy about our purchase.
