Had a water pump failure on my 2012 GTI, with 170,000 miles on it. Jon was able to get me in same day and a loaner car while the work was being done. I am more than satisfied, I am grateful ! Low pressure and very polite sales & finance staff. Couple very minor things lead to 4 stars but could easily have been 5 stars! Overall fine, it was great dealing with their sales staff. However, they gave me a quote online and when we got to the table they increased the cost by raising the lease term without telling us and the staff. As usual with these dealerships, they try to take as much money as they can for you but par for the course. More
