Strongly Recommend Coulter Nissan! I bought my Nissan Versa from Coulter Nissan two years ago. Since then, I have been visiting regularly for oil changes and routine maintenance. I have received outstanding customer service with each visit. During my last visit, Tyler was very helpful, friendly, and professional! Jeff helped me during my previous visits and has always been professional, courteous, and helpful as well! While there are times they have shared recommended services, I have never been pressured to get these done right then and there. I appreciate that I am always respected as a customer and welcomed with a smile! On a side note, love the waiting area...so clean, open, and relaxing with snacks, water, donuts, coffee, etc for customers. Coulter Nissan has certainly earned my loyalty. Strongly recommend! :-) More

I was a VIP at Coulter Nissan I had to bring my 2007 Maxima to Coulter for a new transmission. Tyler in the service department went out of his was to get it covered under manufactu I had to bring my 2007 Maxima to Coulter for a new transmission. Tyler in the service department went out of his was to get it covered under manufacturer warranty. They rented me a car to drive while mine was being repaired. They pulled the rental car up with a fresh wash, a full tank of gas and a bottle of water waiting for me. It doesn't sound like much but it was the sentiment that meant so much. From start to finish everyone I dealt with was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I literally felt like I was a relative of the dealership owner! I would recommend this service department to everyone and I will definitely be bringing my car back here for any future service that may be needed. Mike has been in the business for a LONG time and is familiar with the Nissan products which a lot of service advisers are not. Mike has ALWAYS provided me with good service and advise on the care and maintenance on my vehicle. Although this comment is not car related I can tell you Mike has a sense of humor which is important when he has me as a customer.. REMEMBER you custome/s reading this.
