I have been bringing my car here since they are one of the (if not, the) largest GM EV dealers in Arizona so they must know the cars inside and out. After this last experience, I will be going elsewhere. I came in a for a simple tire rotation. The tech who checked my car in came out and inspected it then placed his iPad on my hood. I literally just had my car paint corrected to get rid of all the swirls since it’s black and noticeable. This left rub/swirl marks in the paint. Fine, mistakes happen and not everyone is as protective of their car as i am. The detailer was able to correct this so I wasn’t going to say anything. What prompted me to write this was, after I got my car back there was clearly black marks left in the driver side floor mat. I tried vacuuming them and it did nothing to remove them. So even though they used those white floor mats to protect the carpet that did nothing. It’s sad there’s no regard for customer’s cars, so I will be going elsewhere. More

My Tahoe wasn’t reading the key fob even after I replaced the batteries. I called to make an appointment but I needed to leave my suv for more than 5 days at the dealer.
