Made and instant friend and bought a truck In today’s world where customer service is done by pressing a button on a phone and leaving a message or emailing, I’m going to take my hat off to Cre In today’s world where customer service is done by pressing a button on a phone and leaving a message or emailing, I’m going to take my hat off to Crest and the sales and service team. First and foremost was my salesman David Hooks, David made a random call to me because I was a previous customer and he was taking over for the prior salesman. From the moment I answered the call whether I bought a car or not I knew this was going to be a fun experience. I explained to David that I was on my way to purchase a truck from another dealership and he had 10 min to convince me not to do so, well he did it in about 5 min. David sent me a video and FaceTime me with 2 trucks both of which were great and by the time it was over I made a u-turn and headed to Frisco, now mind you I live about an Hr south of Frisco. My wife who was listening and watching the videos made the comment that it sounds like David and I had been friends for years. I would just like to say “Thank You” to David Hooks and the entire staff at Crest Cadillac/Infiniti for making my trip up there and the purchase of my truck a great experience and I will definitely be back for another purchase. More
