From the moment we walked in it was wonderful service. She had worked with a Andrew at Cadillac, and he introduced us to Richie with Infinity. Richie found the exact car I wanted and we worked a deal. It is so luxurious and exactly what I’ve been wanting. Richie was fantastic and gave great customer service the whole time. Every person we came in contact with was wonderful. Nathan showed us how to work everything in the delivery bay. 10 stars and we will recommend to anyone!!! More

We got the sales process started over the phone, and, by the time i got to the dealership all i had to do was "dot the i's & cross the t's" on an awesome new truck! My truck was waiting for me, with a fresh immaculate detail and full tank of gas. David was professional, courteous, and made the buying process from Crest a first class experience in every sense. The day after my purchase David gave me a follow up call to address any other needs or concerns i might have. Of course I had none as he, and the entire sales & finance staff were 100% on point. I had never visited the Crest dealership before, David gave me a tour of the entire facility- from the service bays, to gourmet kitchen and cafeteria, right down to the wine cellar and putting green!
