Among the experiences we've had are 1) Waltrip documenting a brand new tire as out-of-factory-spec that Firestone had just put on our car (this is what started the relationship and enabled us to get a free warranty replacement), and 2) a few years later going to bat for us with Subaru to get the engine block replaced under warranty with absolutely NO comeback issues... after completely disassembling and reassembling the entire engine! Combine this with the quality & resale value of our Subarus.... unbeatable. More

We just had a recall done on an Ascent, 2019. It was a fuel pump issue that was covered totally by Subaru, including a free rental car for 2 days .
