The service advisors were great and were there to help. I waited onsite for the repair to be completed and it didn’t take more than an hour. Someone in service left wet (chemical) spots on my driver seat cover and had to wash the seat cover. I did not pick up on the spots when I got into the truck at the dealership until I got home and took pictu seat cover and had to wash the seat cover. Was not alerted to the "new" service drop-off location due to construction taking place while making the appointment. Would have been nice to get a brief explanation where to go. Was told the service would be an hour and ended up being 1 hour 40 minutes. No one alerted me that the service was going to take longer until I got up and asked. Can't really comment on the service performed, but have to wonder just how well the service and inspection really was performed based upon what was spilled on the seat. More
