I purchased a backordered vehicle that finally arrived from Ford after almost a year. The salesperson (Nate Daigle) was responsive during the year-long wait. He didn't hesitate to answer my questions and from Ford after almost a year. The salesperson (Nate Daigle) was responsive during the year-long wait. He didn't hesitate to answer my questions and accommodate some requests. When the vehicle arrived he went above and beyond (even on his day off) to get the back-end details worked out so I could get the vehicle without further delay. The woman who showed me how to operate the vehicle's functions was brief and effective, and the finance person was also helpful when she handled that process. I didn't have to deal with management or the service department directly during this transaction. More
