Friendly, my service writer was very professional. As a whole the dealer service experience is mostly terrible. This was the second ram dealer I’ve been to with my leased truck. The first one broke so As a whole the dealer service experience is mostly terrible. This was the second ram dealer I’ve been to with my leased truck. The first one broke something in the tailgate, the second dealer tried to send me down the road for it and just fix what they wanted. When I got my truck back I got two different color door mirrors now, on top of that the mirror isn’t installed correctly so now my door is leaking water internally and they won’t return my phone calls. I don’t know what to do maybe I’ll call auburn hills next. More

I bought my car at this location and happy with that service; however, never dealt with Tom Richardson so not sure why I keep getting emails to rate my experience. I will state that new wheels were service; however, never dealt with Tom Richardson so not sure why I keep getting emails to rate my experience. I will state that new wheels were put on my car before sale was completed and on my way home the Service Tire Maintenace System lilght came on. Took it to a local Diel dealership to find out that all 4 tire sensors were damaged. Your location said they would send these sensors to Grove City and more than 4 weeks later, still have no sensors to put on my vehicle. Very Very disappointed in the service and follow up. More
