My wife and I bought a new 2020 Lincoln MKZ (our 2nd one since 2014) and, from almost day one, there has been an intermittent rattle in the passenger side seat belt area. We have taken it back to Ed Howard since 2014) and, from almost day one, there has been an intermittent rattle in the passenger side seat belt area. We have taken it back to Ed Howard numerous times to no avail. The staff has gone out with my wife and heard the rattle but then tell us they can’t replicate it once they get it in the shop. We have videoed the rattle and sent it to the service writer and service manager and we take it to them to fix and they tell us they can’t replicate the rattle. In the videos we push on the seat belt mechanism and the rattle stops. However, we keep being told they cannot replicate the rattle and therefore cant/don't fix it. We pick the car up take it home and either on the way home or later that day there it is again “the annoying rattle”. They did tighten up something under the car and we were hopeful this would fix the issue but it didn't. The car is still under warrantee and we have asked the service writer (and manager I believe) to replace the seat belt mechanism and they will not. Their comment to my wife is "if it wasn't under warrantee, you wouldn't tell us to start replacing parts". What kind of answer is this? We went on a 3-week trip and asked them to drive the car as much as they needed to drive it to identify the problem so we could get it fixed. We got a call back a week later telling us they couldn't replicate the problem We contacted Lincoln customer service and they allegedly sent out a FES and said they couldn't replicate the problem. We picked the car up drove it home went to dinner with friends and on the way home there it was again "the annoying rattle". When we called customer service their solution wasn't to replace parts but rather for us to take it to a different dealership. What I don’t understand is how they (the service writer and manager) have heard the rattle seen the Video(s) and still will not fix the problem. It is absolutely unbelievable. So given the way Ed Howard has handled our problem (over the last 2 years) I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! More
Stopped in with no appointment to have a broken door handle replaced. Greeted immediately very friendly with concern for my problem. Part in stock and replaced immediately with a minimum charge. Excellent I arrived on wrong day but they still took care of me very quickly. The young man who service the recalls on my Corsair knew I would wait for the vehicle so he worked to get me out of the shop qui of me very quickly. First off major shoutouts to Austin Ashby (Lincoln side) and Manager Jon Zimmerman (Mazda side) for being absolutely awesome through this whole process. Note that Ed Howard Lincoln/Mazda are adjacent to one and Manager Jon Zimmerman (Mazda side) for being absolutely awesome through this whole process. Note that Ed Howard Lincoln/Mazda are adjacent to one another and they share many resources. I have been to many different dealerships over the past month and have dealt with some very shady and downright disgusting business practices. Ed Howard is not about ANY of that nonsense. No hidden fees, no reconditioning fees, no finance credit BS, just the price is the price minus tax, title, tag, and their $900 dealership fee which is par for the course here in FL as far as dealer fees go. If you are in the Sarasota/Bradenton area & are tired of the BS many other dealerships pull on a regular basis, stop by Ed Howard and take a look at their inventory and deal with real no-nonsense professionals that care about their customers interactions. Solid 10/10 would highly recommend! More

Randy brought me a courtesy car, picked up my Lincoln Navigator and took it for service. It was returned the same day, vacuumed and washed. Lanora was pleasant and informed me that my car might not be re Navigator and took it for service. It was returned the same day, vacuumed and washed. Lanora was pleasant and informed me that my car might not be returned the same day--was that okay. It was returned same day and I was pleased with all interactions, as well as the service. However, there are two recalls that need to be taken care of at a later date. More
