Envision Toyota was very helpful with the purchase of our car. Worked with us as far as financing and getting the deal done. My BZ Woodland premium is supposed to come with the rear cargo cover; it didn’t. It’s a standard accessory. Normally you get a full tank of gas on a new car. I got 20% battery. I explicitly told them I need cargo cover; it didn’t. It’s a standard accessory. Normally you get a full tank of gas on a new car. I got 20% battery. I explicitly told them I needed it fully charged and ready to go. Dealership failed in so many ways. Jasmine was the salesperson and I feel abandoned. New phone calls returned either. I gotta hunt them down for their failure More

0 Star, if I could. Sorry for a very long review. This is to help people be informed. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! I have never encountered someone as rude, arrogant, incon Sorry for a very long review. This is to help people be informed. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! I have never encountered someone as rude, arrogant, inconsiderate, and purely profit-driven as the manager, John Masoud, whom I dealt with today at Envision Toyota of West Covina. What disappointed me the most was not even the amount involved--it was the complete lack of consideration. I drove to the dealership after a full day of work, yet there was no acknowledgment of the time and effort I had invested to be there. Unfortunately, this experience was not an isolated incident. Throughout my dealings with Envision Toyota of West Covina, there were repeated inconsistencies in the information I was given, the pricing, and the purchasing process. As a customer, I should not have to navigate conflicting information from one employee to another or bear the consequences of internal miscommunication. More importantly, another dealership manager, Michael, had already promised me the $367 discount. Whether or not John agreed with that decision is an internal matter that should have been addressed with his own staff--not at the customer's expense. Instead, I was the one who suffered because of a disagreement within the dealership. To make matters worse, when I visited the dealership on Friday, July 18, I was given a pricing worksheet showing an agreed-upon selling price of $41,280. Just a few days later, I was informed that the vehicle was arriving. However, when I requested the buyer's worksheet, the selling price had suddenly increased to $43,780--a $2,500 increase from the price that had already been discussed and presented to me. During that same visit, I informed John that I would be financing through my own bank. He specifically told me that I could simply bring a cashier's check and that no credit application would be required. Based on that information, I secured financing through my bank, obtained a cashier's check, and came to the dealership after a long day of work expecting a smooth and straightforward transaction since all the terms had supposedly already been agreed upon. I even scheduled an appointment, expecting to meet directly with the finance department to complete the paperwork. Instead, I waited for nearly two hours, only to be told by the finance representative that I did need to complete a credit application after all. This directly contradicted what John had told me just days earlier. Since I was already financing through my own bank and had full payment ready, I did not agree that a credit application was necessary. Even after the unexpected $2,500 price increase, I was still willing to proceed with the purchase. All I asked was that the dealership honor the $367 discount that Michael had already promised. Instead, John refused. It is difficult to understand why Envision Toyota of West Covina would risk losing a customer and damaging its reputation over such a relatively small amount, especially after increasing the vehicle's price by $2,500. The amount in question was only $367, yet John chose to lose a customer and create an extremely negative experience over that amount. That decision speaks volumes about how customer satisfaction is valued. I have never been treated this way before, and this has been, by far, the worst experience I have ever had with Toyota. I was already frustrated after another Toyota dealership had me drive there only to find out that the vehicle was not even available. After today's experience, I am beyond disappointed. Experiences like these make it easy to understand why so many people choose Tesla. Their pricing is transparent, there is no haggling, and the buying process is straightforward and stress-free. Unfortunately, my experience at Envision Toyota of West Covina has only reinforced that comparison. I sincerely hope Envision Toyota of West Covina reviews how it communicates with customers and ensures that commitments made by its staff are honored. More

Understandable since there are lots of documents to sign. Then my 2nd visit should be quick. The sales was nice and confirmed before hand that it should be quick since it's only downpay process and temp license. In fact, the process itself took only 15 mins. THE WAIT IS KILLING. I arrived 7.20PM. I left 10.10PM. Processing time 15 mins. Waiting....xx hrs. Wait for finance guy to process others and get to me. With the appointment before hand, I don't expect long wait time. I'm buying a brand new $57K vehicle and feel I should be treated better. Not even a key chain for the wait time. More
