I called and visited, asked that they could add an option to the vehicle, which they were able to do as it was not an addition that had to be done at the factory. We confirmed the out the door price quote and I put a 500 dollar deposit down for the car, and they gave me a free loaner to use until the car came. The wait took a few weeks longer than anticipated, but they extended the loaner over the phone without issue. When the car did arrive, the entire process at the dealership took maybe a little over an hour. Meeting with financing was quick and painless; they didn't try to sell me any bridges, they accepted my Subaru VIP discount without a hassle and gave me the promotional APR active that month (active the month the car arrived, not active the month I put down the deposit). All the research I usually do in anticipation of a fight at the dealership was mercifully unnecessary, and look forward to having further business with them. More
