This was the best car buying experience I've every had. Marisa Thompson was professional,and easy to talk to about what I wanted. She patiently let me test drive several vehicles and didn't rush me with my decision. Before I left with my new 2010 Sport Trac she went over all the details of the truck. We looked at Altimas and Passats, but for the value, design, and quality we chose the Ford Fusion. I bought this car for my wife and she made the real choice. The buying experience was excellent. The salesman, Glenn Christopher, was very patient with me and gave me plenty of time to make my decision. He called me and told me about his super service he had with Carlos at this dealership. He told me "Mom when you get ready for a new car I am taking you to Five Star and let you talk to Carlos. Well my experience was over the top at this dealership! I have already recommened this dealership and salesman to many of my coworkers, family, and friends. The experience was very comfortable and easy from my first contact all the way through finance. Everyone seemed to act im my best interest, not Five Star Fords. They worked hard to find me the truck I wanted, get me an interest rate I was willing to live with, and payments in the range I was looking for.
